Charles asks…How much whey protein should I take after working out?I'm 18, 6ft1 and weigh about 80kg (176lbs). I've started a plan to lose some weight and increase my fitness level by doing about 2 hours of cardio workouts every Wednesday (afternoon), Friday (evening) and Saturday (afternoon). But I also want to increase my muscle mass so I'm starting to lift weights some nights now too. I have some whey protein powder that I hope to take after my weightlifting workouts also.
