Lizzie asks…How can I build muscle mass, tone my body and lose weight fast?I'd like to lose weight and build muscle mass. My goal is 20 lbs weight loss over 2 - 3 months. I want to tone my body and I need a physical fitness and healthy nutrition program to do this. I want to do this through diet and exercise. My aim is just to do this through exercise and portion control. No extreme diets just health foods and training. All successful suggestions are welcome. Please tell me what has worked
