Your Questions About Bulk Cooking For Fitness

Thomas asks…should I continue to bulk or start cutting?i've been lifting weights and for the past oh, 6 months, have gained a significant amount of size and muscle. this last month though i've been away from the gym due to recent surgery, I'm not too sure how much muscle i could've lost and fat I could've gained during this month break so I want to know, would it be best to continue bulking to get to were I was prior to surgery or just work with what I have now and start cutting. i'm 184lbs
