Your Questions About Muscle Building Food Plan

Daniel asks…Anyone who can help me with my buffing routine?. Im a 14 yr old boy and im planning to grow muscle. I already put down light morning exercises like warm ups, push ups, sit ups and etc. In the evening i put heavier exercise like weight lifting and running. The only problem is what kind of protein food is more effective and helps me grow muscle faster.
