Maria asks…How do I decrease muscles without stopping exercise?Whenever I exercise, my muscles build up really fast. I don't like that, being a woman! So, what exercises should I do/food should I eat, so I can just tone my muscles (especially legs and arms -don't quite prefer my mens arms!!!)

Slightly reduce protein intake to like 0.8 grams per pound of bodyweight.
