Ken asks…I need a good diet plan to decrease stomach fat and build muscle?Ok, so I know about the muscle building section of getting abs but i want to know more about the diet part of it. Im assuming lots of water, more protein and less carbs? How are fruits and vegetables? All fast food is out. Could someone briefly organize what I need and how much to lose stomach fat?
