Sandra asks…How to change my diet and exercise to lose excess belly fat?Hi. I am female, and aged 20. I weigh eight stone 6 pounds. Over the last year or so I have gained about a stone and have noticed that my belly fat has increased. I am happy with the weight gain over the rest of my body, as I used to be quite skinny and am now a size 8 to 10 UK.
Exercise: I don't tend to do a lot of exercise as I have very weak joints and am quite unfit. When I do some exercises my back tends to click
