Your Questions About Bodybuilding Nutrition Plan
Donna asks…I am fifteen year old male and I want to try a no whole meat diet for a week will you help me?I'm an athlete so I need to make sure I get enough protein. I was going to accomplish this with peas, beans, and nuts. I was also planning on continuing to eat eggs and milk. Are there any supplements I should take to go with this? I'm also planning on steaming a veggie mix and maybe eating eggs too. I may try again later without eggs or milk but I'm a fan because of the vitamins and
