Okay, well I really would like to start increasing my muscle and really defining my shoulders, back, chest & arms but I really don't know what regime to take... I'm female & nearly 22... I don't want to look like Jodie Marsh, but I just want muscle definition & stronger muscles... I have broad shoulders & the body structure there to work on..
