Donald asks…How much protien a day should I be consuming?I'm 16 and weigh 160 pounds and do a very high intensity work out every other day, I just want to know how much protein one should have to support muscle growth.

Nick.admin answers:Remember... Studies are showing that if you drink a big glass of chocolate milk (Whole Milk for men) after your work out, you will recover faster and build more muscle.
You should NOT be having meat at every meal...
