Donald asks…HOW CAN I GET LEAN AND BURN FAT?!?I'm 18 and i'm a 6'2" male and I weigh 166 pounds. I just recently joined the gym and I'm trying to completely get rid of my belly fat and other fat on my body such as my legs and chest. I am fairly thin according to my height and people tell me that I am at an ideal weight to begin lifting for muscle mass or toning up. I don't want to bulk up too much but that would be nice if I can do that as well as get toned. I want to stay around my current
