Carol asks…How do I lose weight and also build muscle at the same time?Im "6'1" 220lbs and I wanted to work out this summer for baseball... My coach told me to lift weights to get my arm stronger and I plan on going to the gym as much as possible this summer... I've hit the weights hard before and all they did was get me stronger and bigger(which is a good thing) but I want to lose some weight as well... I've lost some pounds without lifting weights before but I kind of want to get stronger
