Your Questions About Cooking For Fitness

Michael asks…How can I fit exercising into my busy school schedule to ultimately lose 40 pounds?I'm super busy with school. It's senior year after all. I have hours and hours of homework and have barely any time to stick to an exercise routine. I try to do one of those dance workout videos everyday, or at least 4 days a week but I only last about 10 minutes before I get tired haha.
